Well-designed small family run hotel with PARTICULARLY NICE views of the garden. Lots of tasty items for continental breakfast. Central setting of the property, very amiable and caring staff who had the night shift.

The location was amazing and brilliant, within easy walking distance of Church of All Saints. An underground station was located minutes from the venue. The staff was attentive, kept everything clean and perfect.

Very convenient location, subway in a 4-min walk from the hotel, nevertheless the hotel is directly on a busy road but its very quiet, very good facilities at the suite
Unfortunately there are too few parking lots directly at the hotel, one must then switch to a video-monitored parking lot. The seals on the shower wall could be replaced.

In spite of the relatively small floor space, the room offered a double bed, a large leather couch under the window, a wardrobe with minibar and a table with kettle. Air conditioning (required under the roof) and clean, functional bathroom. The whole hotel was tastefully furnished and decorated.
The socket for the hairdryer was positioned so that it was impossible to look into the mirror when hairdrying.

The hotel is conveniently located in zone 3 so not in the hustle and bustle of London, but still with all of London's attractions close by. All downtown attractions are a 20-25 minute underground ride away on the Picadilly line. The underground station is only 2 minutes away on foot! We found the hotel staff and the people in the immediaite vicitinty of the hotel to be very friendly and helpful .. giving suggestions, helping us find our way, the most convenient travel options, etc.The hotel has a nice garden for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The breakfast selection was good. Free wifi and a computer were nice services too for us tourists travelling without a laptop but with a smart phone.
Room was small, but comfortable,so not really a problem.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Also the location was perfect, many restaurants are within walking distance.
Unfortunately, the view a garden view but a view of a building, not exactly a pretty one. Also the room was a bit small for two persons, because only a small cupboard - which was half locked with a mini fridge - served as a wardrobe.

The location was perfect for exploring, and the nearby North Ealing station made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and cute, always quick to help and provide great local tips.
In my wife's opinion, a wider breakfast selection would be great for families with children.
